  • Human Skills Workshop

    Develop a specific ‘human’ skill, such as empathy or creativity, in a group environment. Our workshops are designed with academic rigour to build skills quickly and heart to build connections and community.

    Workshops start from 2.5 hours long and can be delivered virtually or (our preference) in person at a suitable offsite or at your workplace.

  • Coaching

    Our accredited coaches provide a more personalised approach to the development of skills working in small groups or 1:1 to reach a meaningful outcome.

    Coaching sessions begin with an in-person session and can then be delivered virtually.

    This option is especially beneficial for new leaders or leaders who are navigating complex or changing situations.

  • Training & Coaching Program

    This options allows for more targeted outcomes and accelerated progress in developing and refining skills in the workplace for whole teams and individuals.
